Warranty/Guarantee Policy:

All Motorola Products are covered by a one year warranty, unless otherwise stated. During this warranted time, you may return the item to us for repair or replacement. Please include a copy of your original sales slip when returning any items under warranty.

Refund Policy:

A full refund of product purchase price will be given as long as the item is in complete resale condition, in its original packaging or is defective. All items must be returned within 14 days of purchase. Items returned after 14 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Return Policy:

Please call for Return Authorization number before returning any item. You have 14 days to return any item for any reason as long as the item is in the original condition and packaging. Items that are being returned as defective may be replaced with new items if the customer prefers.

Payment Policy:

Payment must be made before any item ships.

Shipping Policy:

Items will ship within 2-3 business days. Radios that need programming may require a longer period of time if there are questions on the programming. Items that are out of stock may require 1-2 extra days before shipping and will be shipped upon arrival from the manufacturer.
